If you have an RC car, boat, plane, or otherwise hobby-grade item please note that all support, besides physical repairs that are out of warranty, are handled by the manufacturer. Only the manufacturer can issue parts for a warranty repair and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer for assistance with any in-warranty item. All Warranty and Returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer, at the responsibility of the customer.
